I pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy-duty packing peanuts inside a heavy-duty box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification I sent upon shipment.
If you have not received your item within 14 business days from the date it was sent please contact email@example.com.
Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a similar item of equal value. I will replace with stock pieces or make a brand new piece. Please notify Kelsey via phone 828-225-4063 between the hours of 9 am to 6pm EST, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 business day of receipt. Please take several photos of the box including the outside of the box showing the postage paid and insurance, the packaging and the items inside, email them to email@example.com. After taking the photos, please save all packing materials and the damaged items. The USPS may request the items returned to your local Post Office.
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me within 10 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition,- and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with packaging instructions. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items less a 10% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for damage in transit.
In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
After a 10 day grace period from delivery date, all sales are final.
In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
